In Gran Turismo 6 è presente il tracciato di Roma che passa attraverso Piazza Venezia e via dei Fori Imperiali per arrivare al Colosseo. Il tracciato, con diverse varianti, era presente anche in Gran Turismo 2, Gran Turismo 3, Gran Turismo 5. Nella modalità Viaggio fotografico è possibile fotografare le proprie auto in alcune location suggestive in giro per il mondo: tra queste Piazza del Duomo a Ortigia (Siracusa).
